- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★THIS UPS STORE IS UNDER NEW OWNERS AND THE DIFFERENCE IS INCREDIBLE. While the previous owner and employees were certainly efficient, the new owner and staff are friendly, cheerful, articulate, informed, and super-efficient. They even commiserated with me over the cost of shipping three enormous and weird-sized packages--AND helped me get them out of the car into the store. While I was there, I witnessed all employees multi-task beautifully, handling a number of atypical requests and questions.
